Pleasantly surprised at the room filling up again. Encouraging testimonies. 5 children/young people, with at least 2 dancing. So good to have Billy leading us in breaking bread in East Texas style with East Texas language. Thank you to Barry H for teaching. Testimonies from James, Barrie and from Wendy S.

Quote by Wendy S this morning: ‘Don’t tell God about your mountain. Tell the mountain about your God!’ We then moved into a time of doing just that.

Wendy spent time with 4 children. Thank you to Wendy for chilli and lasagna.

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
