TOMORROW!

Looking forward to meeting together tomorrow. Conference in Devon last weekend was good, but nothing compares to being with the family of God that we are joined to most closely.

Issar and Anna Hussain, a young dentist and his wife, will be staying with us and hope to join us at Liberty. John Alam has been out of hospital for a week, and he also hopes to join us tomorrow.

Billy and Wendy phoned from Heathrow yesterday morning, en route to Texas, and asked that we give an extra ‘Whoop’ from them during the praise. And they send their love to all, and say they have learned SO MUCH during their 7 or so years with us.

See you tomorrow!

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
