More New Faces!

Yet again, a room full of people. It was so good to have Tim back, Marcus for the third time, Margaret for the second time, and Rodney and Judy visiting us.

Thank you to Barry H, Marcus and Rodney for sharing scriptures and teaching, and likewise to Wendy. Malcolm led us in breaking bread, and Tim gave a word that fitted in with it.

We prayed for several people, and enjoyed Hunter’s Chicken and Spaghetti Bolognese, thanks to Wendy.

Our next meeting is next Sunday, same time, same place, with lunch to follow.

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
