10 more, 9 less!

10 extra people! 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. From the point of view of space, and ventilation, it could be argued that we were blessed to have at least 9 regulars away sick!

Thank you to Bob for leading praise and worship, and Wendy for leading communion, assisted by Caleb and Jonathan. Thank you to Barry H for speaking from Proverbs, immediately after Wendy had read from chapter 4. Both had been reading the same passage so recently – and it often happens.

A word of knowledge, prayer for the sick – tea and coffee.

We meet again in Frettenham next Sunday, same time, same place.

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
