No Liberty tomorrow

I think all regular and irregular members of Liberty have been informed, but just in case – there is no meeting tomorrow.

The reason is no one single thing. The weather has been a strong factor, but also the fact that our heating system broke down on Friday. We also had other meetings scheduled over the weekend.

We will be meeting as usual – usual place, usual time – next Sunday morning, 27th February, when Jonathan and Paige Squirrell will be joining us. We will expect them to minister! And there will be an offering which will go to their work.

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
