Gospel!

This blog is so late coming out, and I do apologise. It’s Friday, and I am writing about last Sunday.

We have been away – Derbyshire, Scotland, Devon, Somerset and Gloucester. Just holiday, and visiting friends and family. And once home, the diary immediately fills, and there is less time for writing. It’s been such a busy week.

It was good to be back, and well done to Faye for bringing friend Malachi with her. What a pleasant young man, and we are expecting to see him again. And having Bob with us is always a joy.

Praise, worship – we miss being with the family that the Lord has put us in, and singing together, praying together, rejoicing together, and encouraging one another is a tremendous blessing.

Cliff shared from the word, and took us to the cross and the blood of Christ. It was gospel, and led to us breaking bread together, also led by Cliff.

There was the usual time of fellowship over tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. at the end of the meeting.

It’s too late to announce the prayer meeting, but it was at Caister on Wednesday, and well attended.

This Sunday, Jonathan and Paige are with us, and we look forward to that, as always.

The following Sunday, 19th October, Wendy and I are away, and so is Shirlene. Which never happens!! As yet, no-one has volunteered to host, and unless someone does, there will not be a meeting.

Please pray about the way forward. I feel stirred, and would like to see us taking some positive steps together in order to see ‘God’s kingdom come and his will be done’ in Norfolk, as in heaven.
