Full House!

As far as regulations allowed, with the inclement weather

it was a full house (but wish it could be a house full!), and an excellent time of praise, worship, prayer, gifts, word, etc.

Everybody contributed, and a big thank you to Bob for leading worship, and Barry H for leading in communion and sharing a word.

It was good to pray for the sick, and it was very good to hear that someone in pain, prayed for the previous Sunday, had no further pain that day.

Weather permitting, we shall gather on the patio next Sunday morning. Looking forward to that.

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
