Five Present!!

There were five of us meeting this Sunday (if you include the Father, Son and Holy Spirit), or two if you were to walk in and look round.

Wendy often has a psalm on her heart, and started by reading Psalm 29. It is about the voice of the Lord, and we spoke together of the power of God’s anointed word.

We praised and worshipped for around 20-25 minutes, with Barrie’s 12-string back from the menders.

After reading and sharing on Philippians 2, where Jesus is said to have humbled Himself and gone to the cross for us, we broke bread, drank wine, and moved into intercessory prayer for those unable to be with us.

We meet again same place, same time next week. When permitted by the government, you can join us to. You will be welcome

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
