Thank You, Holy Spirit.

A challenging week, with my 7 weeks of random signs and symptoms finally being resolved with steroid tablets. All arms and legs working again within a few hours of taking first tablet. Amazing. Wendy continues to make good progress following her surgery.

We started with news of people who really need a powerful touch from the Lord – Bob, and Marcus and Lesley, not forgetting Sue.

We then spent a little while organising our first bring and share lunch for the following Sunday.

Praise and worship, with tongue and interpretation, and prophecy (or was it extended interpretation?).

I led communion. Michelle spoke about her burden for bringing inner healing to those needing it, having read verses from psalm 147 and Isaiah 61.

Prayer meeting is on Thursday at Catfield.

Next Sunday, David Adams is speaking, and therefore will be a Liberty Bring and Share Lunch. Come along and join us.

Cosy!

It was cosy! Already people are going on holiday, and indeed we will be by next Sunday. Well, at conference.   After a time of praise, worship and prayer, Ann shared from Luke 1:37. With God, nothing is impossible. She further shared about the joys of fellowship, and that with Christians, regardless of denomination, we are family.   We looked at Psalm 84. Yes, how lovely to be in God’s presence. The Living God - He is alive, answers prayers, heals, changes lives. We looked at Psalm 87 - the family of God is family, and is drawn from all nations.   Wendy led communion.   Barry H took us through 1 Corinthians 13.   There is no meeting next week.
